Organic Movement is a natural and simple therapeutic movement that anyone, of any age, or any condition can do!.

Organic Movement is a richly rewarding way to move by focusing on what is showing up in your body, right now, at this moment, connecting with your body’s inner messages and moving from the inside.  When you turn the controls over to your body instead of moving from your mind or how you think you should be moving, or from the teacher’s persepctive of how and what you should do with your body, you can connect with your body’s innate wisdom and it will lead you where you need to go for healing, health and well-being. It is fun, enlivening, realeases stress and tension, and brings about a harmonious and compassionate relationship between your mind and your body. When you connect with your own body’s inner movement yoga becomes a personal practice
